Delivery times

Deliveries of the products purchased on the www.vinicoppi.it website are entrusted to express couriers and are made throughout the national territory from 2 to 5 working days after the date of conclusion of the order. Orders are usually dispatched in 2 to 3 days, but there are extraordinary circumstances deriving from a lack of product on the part of our usual distributors that force us to increase the delivery time.

If the product is still missing, we will contact our customers to offer them alternative products or a REFUND of the amount paid.

The company CANTINE COPPI DI COPPI ANTONIO MICHELE is not responsible for possible delays occurred during the transport service.

Costs

The following shipping costs are charged to the user:

• Orders up to 6 kg € 8,50
• Orders up to 6 kg to 16 kg € 12.00
• Orders over 16 kg € 21,00

For shipments abroad, please contact us by email at info@vinicoppi.it for a cost estimate. You can indicate special delivery arrangements in the Notes box on the purchase form.

Notes

In case of special arrangements for delivery, the customer is requested to write it in the notes section during the order completion phase.
