Thanks to a meticulous care in the vineyard, this symbolic vine of Salento, with its unique enveloping fruitiness, perfectly pairs with land dishes and recounts the distinctive style of Coppi wines. The name refers to the consistency of the skin of the Negroamaro grapes.
