ISOTTEO SPUMANTE BRUT VERDECA I.G.P. PUGLIA
It represents at best the characteristics of pure Verdeca, distinguished by its inebriant fruitiness combined with bubbles, a pleasant companion suited for all courses. It is named after “Isotteo”, a work by Gabriele D’Annunzio that celebrates classicism in modern times and includes the poem “Il dolce grappolo” (“The sweet bunch”).

Bouquet:fine and delicate, fruity with notes of yellow stone fruits, white flowers, thyme, and citrus fruits
Palate: excellent aperitif, it perfectly pairs seafood, shellfish, tubettino pasta with mussels and beans, and “frise” (typical Apulian bread) with tomatoe
Food pairings: spaghetti pasta with mussels, calamari and pistachio pesto, swordfish carpaccio with green and pink peppercorns, tuna tataki with finely diced cucumbers, aubergine polpetti
